Happy Hump Day! It’s Wednesday and also the first edition to our Grubbin’ Wednesday featuring tasty travels from across the globe. You know how much we love to eat!

We’ll kick it off from home with comfort food, of course. Fortunately for us, San Jose has some of the best Vietnamese food in the country.

This dish has the works — seasoned pork chops or chicken, sauteed shrimp, fresh vegetables including water mint and shaved banana flower, topped with peanuts, crispy rice cracker ALL served over yellow flat noodles in a light broth seasoned with chili pepper and coriander.
