Nothing fancy, just simple and fresh local ingredients — scallions, bean sprouts, cilantro, carrots and sauteed shrimps tossed with fresh noodles topped with peanuts and served on banana leaves with a slice of lime. Made to order by a little old Thai lady in a boat no larger than 2 feet wide by 4 feet long.
